Additionally, they needed a way to meet specific torque requirements and visually confirm when those thresholds were met. With Venus’s wide range of customizable features, we integrated all of the customer’s needs into one seamless machine.

The Venus 150 Articulated Torque Arm is a versatile, ergonomic solution designed to enhance precision and efficiency in assembly and production environments.

Venus 150 is one of our standard products, but it can be easily customized to meet specific customer requirements.
Built to operate with a torque capacity up to 150Nm, the Venus 150 comes in three configurations:
• Fixed Wrist Adapter
• Rotating Wrist Adapter
• Reaction Brake

Customized Configuration Example:

In this specific configuration, the Venus 150 Articulated Torque Arm is mounted on a pillar on the floor, equipped with a fixed wrist adapter, and pneumatically balanced for smooth operation.
To ensure both safety and an ergonomic working position, the system is designed with two-hand starting handles.
The tool is further customized with a programming system that allows for tailored functionality according to the customer’s specific needs. This includes illuminated push buttons that clearly indicate the active program and LED lights that provide visibility of the working area.
Additionally, integrated LED lights on the tool signal when the targeted torque is reached, ensuring accurate and efficient operation.
The Venus 150 is the ideal solution for applications requiring precision, flexibility, and user safety, tailored to enhance productivity in any industrial environment.
