What our Customer Envisioned: A compact mobile cart that ensures a thorough and secure tightening from the bottom of the station upwards that can be operated comfortably and safely.
How We delivered: Our delivery perfectly matched the customer’s vision and the needs in the current assembly station, integrating hydraulic and electric functions controlled by our own developed protocols. We secured operators to safely manoeuvre the tool without the risk of injury, all this by developing a sturdy mobile tightening system with a steering handle that leads the tool to desired positions, also a hydraulic hand pump with a handle was included for moving the cart’s tower up/down to secure the locking position of the cart and then release it. Also, to make the process even easier, when the socket and the nut are engaged and it’s all ready for the tightening to start, a start handle is integrated as well to the steering handle so by just pressing it, helped by our well-developed wiring mechanism, the battery tool activates and the process of tightening starts.
