What our Customer Envisioned: A smooth telescopic 2 spindle wheel tightening system with safety reaction brake. The complete system suspended on rails with low total weight. The system should also allow pitch change due to different wheel nut pattern.
How We delivered: Using our product “Neptune” telescope we designed a safe and light weight telescopic wheel tightening application hanging of both sides of the customer product (in this case a truck manufacturing company). We worked closely with end user making sure to have the right type of grip/start and a smooth way for rotating the spindles.
